About

The project is based on theme Cleopatra . Cleopatra -the Egyptian queen is a symbol of Bold, Royal, Love and Beauty. This is what is reflected in this design. Inspired by her character, we have taken aesthetically pleasing but bold designs with an Indian interpretation of the concept. With a combination of Green, Red and Golden colours, we have conveyed boldness , passion and royalty as the main characteristic. Inspired by Egyptian culture we have used organic forms and patterns in the whole design to create interest in the space.
We have chosen Gold as it represents boldness, royalty, and the color of sand of the desert. As Green is the most profound color in the ancient Egyptian Art. The view of Green in desert gives a soothing effect to the eyes. Red is the color symbolic to passion and romance and one of the most bold color. White is the most commonly used color in Egyptian lifestyle. Used here a lot of White and Grey as neutral colors. The gold is used in a subtle way to give the whole design a very classy look . The materials that we used were wood ,iron, Italian marble, tiles. All the furnitures are designed as per the theme. A Mirror TV with a real silver frame has been used to give the home a very Cleopatric feel , again subtle yet stylish. For a luxurious outlook we have used silver legged ottoman and silver accessories. Exclusive Indian handicraft artifacts like marble elephant statue, camel bone inlay work mirror frame and console table , marble inlay work vase, glass inlay work panels are used to give a Indian touch to the Cleopatra theme as the owner is very fond of Indian culture.
